2007
NESIKO d.o.o. was founded in 2007. For the first 10 years we had worked exclusively in the food and chemical industries – distributing raw materials and operating as sales agents for the machinery manufacturers.
2017
In March 2017 our company started providing intermodal “door to door” container shipping services, which combine different types of freight forwarding (rail, air and truck shipping). This activity would soon become our signature feature, surpassing our representative activities in both volume and business results.
Progress
While optimizing our intermodal container shipping program, we have simultaneously been working on improving our other shipping methods: conventional rail freight (mostly of bulk cargo – grains and oil seeds), truck and air transportation of standard consignments and loads that require special shipping regimes (dangerous goods, special consignments…). We have not neglected the worldwide LCL/LTL shipments to Serbia either, the modality that is now becoming increasingly popular.
2019
The last business activity we took up in 2019 – which in our opinion has some real future potential – is selling and leasing of our multifunctional container units. Our containers can be leased for transportation and warehousing purposes, but also for setting up workplaces or other long- and/or short-term usages.
We offer our clients a tailor-made all-round carefree package for an unhindered import of goods into Serbia/export of goods to the desired destination. Some of the tasks we gladly take off our clients´ hands include issuing customs bond notes, import customs clearance, transshipment etc.
